  • Amaranth Crispbreads100 g
  • Fresh salmon50 g
  • Hass Avocado20 g
  • Cucumber15 g
  • Olive oil5 g
  • Butter50 g
  • Dill5 g
  • Salt

Preparation

Dice fresh salmon, avocado and cucumber. Add salt to your taste, olive oil and mix properly. Combine chopped dill with butter. Spread the mixture over the crispbread. Top with salmon and cucumber.
