Pineapple, Tofu, Chia & Nut Crispbread Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Perfect Formula Flax & Sesame Seed Crispbreads100 g
  • Chia seeds10 g
  • Tofu20 g
  • Canned pineapples30 g
  • Milk50 ml

Preparation

Add chia seeds to milk, bring it up to boil and leave for 15 minutes. Grind pineapples, tofu and ready chia seed mix in a blender until smooth. Add chopped walnuts. Spread the mixture between two crispbreads to get a cake or a waffle. Add some nuts and pineapples.
