Pear & Gorgonzola Crispbread Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Sandwich Crispbread100 g
  • Pear50 g
  • Ricotta50 g
  • Gorgonzola25 g
  • Pine nuts10 g

Preparation

Mix finely chopped pear, Ricotta and Gorgonzola in a blender until smooth. Spread the mixture over the crispbread, then top with another crispbread to get a waffle. Add pine nuts and pear slices on the top.
