  • Hass Avocado20 g
  • Amaranth Buckwheat Crispbreads100 g
  • Cucumber15 g
  • Olive oil5 g
  • Fresh salmon50 g
  • Cream cheese50 g
  • Dill5 g

Preparation

Dice cooled fresh salmon, avocado and cucumber. Add salt and oil. Mix. Add finely chopped dill to the room temperature cream cheese. Mix. Spread the herbed cream cheese over the crispbread, top with salmon, avocado and cucumber. Add herbs to your taste.
